We operate a simple return to us warranty on all products, where the customer considers there has been a manufacturing failure during the first 12 months of operation, but please consider the following:-

1. Goods are returned at customer’s expense and we will need an invoice number. However we will refund the postage if we agree with the fault being due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Replacement or repair will not be possible if goods are not returned in the original packaging, or returned soiled, or the goods have been misused ( boiling dry etc. ), or damaged.
