Shipping & Returns Items are shipped to United Kingdom Addresses only. Items are shipped via First Class or equivalent postage with UK Mail being our prefered carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Stock items ordered before 3:00PM are nominally dispatched for next-day delivery , Monday to Friday excluding weekends. Cost of postage is calculated during the checkout process, orders of £150 and over including UK VAT are shipped free of charge. Special Offer Notice We are currently offering a £6.50 flat-rate for express delivery by UK Mail on orders under £150 inc VAT. Shipping for orders over £150 inc VAT remains free. Items normally ship within 1-3 working days of order confirmation but may take up to 14 days where specialist stock or unforseen circumstances are involved. Note that somebody must be available at the delivery address given to sign for the goods. If undelivered, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot and rescheduled for delivery. In such cases a £5 redelivery charge will be made to the customer. Customers wishing to return items should contact us by telephone first. Returned items will be refunded if returned in saleable condition. Customers are requested to return faulty goods at their expense to our warehouse address complete with invoice number or date of original purchase plus a short description of the problem. It is recommended that returns are sent via insured postal methods - preferrably Royal Mail. Our technical people when then either replace or refund the original purchase value plus reasonable cost towards the postage. Liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods.
