prepare liquids i.e. soups, custard, gravy, Stews etc., transport
them safely and keep them hot to the point of service.
Fortunately now we have the answer for you and the total
10.5 lts kit is remarkably low priced . Includes free S/S ladle.
This is what you get:-
A modified stew / stockpot in stainless steel
18/10 10.5 lts capacity 240mm dia x 250mm high fitted with
three clips to hold on a modified lid complete with silicone
anti spill seal. Please note this lid is purely for trouble free
transport and not to be used when cooking.
An insulation jacket which is designed to be light
weight, when in use, easy to carry and high insulation values only
losing at the most a couple of degrees ‘C’ per hour.
The insulation material is hardwearing EPP which provides
a light but very robust jacket designed to operate between
-40 deg and + 120 deg ‘C’. Can be cleaned in a dishwasher,
ideal for hot or cold. Extra large handles for easy lifting.
